The Kharkiv National Medical University is a nonprofit public higher education institution located in the Kharkov, one of the largest cities of Ukraine. The history of the university begins in 1805 when was founded Kharkov imperial university. The university was formerly called Kharkov medical institute, Kharkov national medical university and Kharkov state medical university.
